Make this your North American alternative to the "worlds". It's a lot closer, and a heck of a lot
cheaper than traveling to England to drink warm beer, eat overcooked food, and sail in
really cold water. You can also drive here. Driving to England is kinda
tough. For those who are going to the "worlds" there is enough time to ship
boats after the event is over.
Canadian National Championships
Saturday, June 10 to Monday June 12th, 1995 - Registration will be available on Friday June 9th.
North American Championships
Thursday, June 15 to Sunday June 18th, 1995 - Registration will be available on Wednesday June 14th.

Events
The Canadians will be an 8 Race series with different style courses.
Gate and line starts will be used. The North Americans will be a 6 Race series
with traditional Olympic and Worlds type courses, and gate starts will be used
whenever possible.
Weather
Typically a good time of the year for the prevailing westerly sea breeze, with wind
strength in the 10 to 15 knot range. Air and water temperatures are comfortable.
Entry fee
$125 ($95U.S.) and $150 ($115 U.S.) - for the Canadians and the N.A.'s respectively.
This includes meals and T-shirts at each event.
Accomodations
We will provide billeting for all sailors upon request. Reasonable hotel
accommodations are available nearby.
We can also provide accommodation at Whistler if anyone is interested in a side
trip.
We anticipate some fun social events, perhaps including "the return of the hot "
Tub"."
