The St. Petersburg Yacht Club is please to be the Organizing Authority and host for the 1995
One Design 14 7th Annual Midwinter Championship, the 39th Annual Flying Dutchman Midwinter
Championship, and the 26th Annual 505 Midwinter Championship.
The Regatta will be governed by the IYRR 1993 1996, the prescriptions of the U.S. Sailing
Association, the rules of the Classes, except as they are modified by the
Sailing Instructions, and by the Sailing Instructions. This will be a Category B event as defined
by IYRR Appendix A3.
The Regatta is open to all members of the Class Associations. There will
be four Classes: One Design 14 Grand Prix, One Design 14 Standard, Flying
Dutchman, and 505.
Twelve races are scheduled; the completion of one will constitute a regatta.
If five or more are completed there will be one throw-out. The Low Point Scoring
System, IYRR Appendix B2, will be used, except as modified here.
Entries include three days of racing, evening meals, and entertainment.
Prizes will be awarded to the skipper and crew finishing 1st through 5th in each
Class, subject to adjustment based on number of entries.
Boats will sail from St. Petersburg's downtown Sailing Center, located on
Demens Landing.

Dutchman/505 Midwinter Regatta event and being fully knowledgeable
of the risks of sailing as a competitive sport, I agree to hold harmless the

and the employees from any and all damages, losses, claims, suits,
actions, expenses or liabilities which directly or indirectly arise from my
participation in this regatta.
