" The French Sailing Federation (FFV) together with the 5o5 World 99 Organization Committee and the "Ecole Nationale de Voile" (ENV) are looking forward to welcome 5o5 competitors to the World 1999 from the 30th of June to the 10th of July 1999. This championship will be open and without any restriction on the number of boats able to compete following the AGM decision made in Hyannis on september last. We wish to see the maximum number possible of boats to attend in this occasion, therefore I ask every reader of this message to encourage all the 5o5 owners to be part of this "Party" !
The race instructions will be soon available at each national secretary level at the beginning of December 1998".
