TOPIC: New International 5O5 Website Launched

New International 5O5 Website Launched 4 years, 5 months ago #3

If you are reading this, you have obviously come across the new Int5O5 website. Hope you like it.

We believe that it is bug free and everything works as it should. Testing says everything is OK but different people use some old and obscure OS and browser versions. I would be interested to get feedback if you think you might have found a gremlin.

Have fun with the new site and if you have got any constructive suggestions, I'd be interested to hear them.

I'm poking around now, and it looks great! Jonathan, I'll volunteer to be an admin for US / NA.

Thanks Michael,

will set you up with admin access and provide instructions on a few of the more common tasks like adding a new news items, images etc. I'll add these instructions as pages to the website for all to see.

BTW, has anyone had trouble trying to upload an image to their profile? Had one comment so far. Try uploading an image that is already re-sized to say 120x90 pixels and see how you go. (Maximum size for uploading avatar image is 640x480 pixels)

I have tried this with:
702x540 231kB
400x300 101kB
200x150 33kB
but I always get the same error message, error moving file.

Ian, looks like you had success judging by the lovely shot of you that is now published. What was the file size that worked in the end?

I went back to one that I had tried before, 400x300 I think.
